1. If you are not please with the artwork you have 2 days from its receipt to send  a message to, to inform us you want to return it.
  2. If the artwork you have received is damaged, please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You will be asked to send a photograph of the damage. Please return the damaged artwork as detailed below.
  3. Note: The provisions outlined herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
  4. Please, re-use the original packaging, tape the package securely, and attach:the invoice and the certification we sent by email; the completed printer return form that was included in the packing.
  5. Please also write or attach the artwork code and the return address  on the package
  1. Please remember that financial responsibility for the artwork  is yours until it reaches us.
  2. To ensure the parcel  reaches us safely, we ask you to send it in the same way, by  the same delivery company to guarantee a secure return.
  3. You can expect to receive a refund within 30 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation by email.
  4. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
